Because I ordered two wall hangings, Lois emailed me photos of four options, allowing me to choose the two I liked best. Upon making my decision, she packaged and shipped her beautiful creations. They arrived quickly and were packaged carefully, and even included a surprise from Lois. My communication with Lois was excellent; she always combined care, humor, and professionalism and made me aware of her progress at every step.
