Order Policies:

  • Most items ship within 7-10 business days after check payment has cleared.

  • If an item is out of stock or requires more time for customization, I will notify you of the delay.

  • All orders are carefully double-boxed and shipped via UPS.

  • All orders are shipped insured.

  • Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Items may be returned in good condition if you notify us within fourteen days of your purchase. We will send a UPS pickup order for the item. The customer is responsible for UPS charges for returns, unless we determine that the item was defective or not as represented.
